I am a clinical psychologist in Denver, Colorado with a Ph.D. from Harvard University and 15 years of clinical experience. I specialize in providing individual Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for adults. My approach centers on helping my clients live a meaningful life, engage in effective behaviors, and have a healthy relationship with their thoughts and emotions.

I co-authored the book ACT Daily Journal: Get Unstuck and Live Fully with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and co-host the popular psychology podcast Psychologists Off the Clock.

In addition to my private practice, I work part-time as Clinical Research Psychologist at the Rocky Mountain VA Medical Center. I am passionate about teaching and training mental health professionals, and have served as a nationally-recognized trainer and training consultant in ACT for the VA. I have presented my work nationally and internationally at ACBS World Conferences and have served as a lecturer in the psychology department at Harvard University.

I love living in Colorado, my home state, and I love my job as a psychologist! When Iā€™m not working, I enjoy reading fiction, cooking, travel, and getting outdoors in the beautiful Colorado Rockies with my family and dog.
